Are you passionate about developing software that makes a real difference in the world? As a Senior Software Engineer at Trialbee, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of patient recruitment for clinical trials. Your main mission will be to enhance and evolve our software products, ensuring they stay at the forefront of clinical trial recruitment technology. Working as part of a focused team, you’ll be considered an expert in key components of our platform, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.

Our tech stack includes JavaScript and React for the frontend, Node.js, and PostgreSQL for the backend. Our services are powered by GraphQL APIs, and we’re committed to an agile development process. Your expertise will help drive forward software design, development, and deployment while ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and automation.

Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking an experienced (5+ years) software engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and is excited about working with modern technologies. You know your way around software design and architecture, with a deep understanding of JavaScript and relational databases. 

As a key contributor to our team, you’ll play a critical role in making technical decisions, guiding junior developers, and ensuring continuous improvement of our development processes. You’ll also need a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Preferably, you also have an interest in cloud and DevOps.

Please note that this position is placed at our HQ in Malmö, Sweden and we expect you to work from our office a few days per week.
