People Generalist
We are looking for a People Generalist to join our People team. This is an awesome opportunity for someone with previous experience in People to join a great team and organization in an exciting industry. As a People Generalist, you will own the area of Talent Acquisition as well as the area of Systems, Tools, and Employee Data to ensure a smooth operation of People processes and workflows.

Trialbee is driving global clinical trial enrollment by using SaaS platforms to enroll clinical trials on a global scale. Our flagship SaaS-based solution, Trialbee Honey, tracks all recruitment activities while optimizing enrollment with real-time analytics.

The Role
The People Generalist sits at the very heart of our organization. In this role, you will be driving our mission by supporting the People team and working closely with the People Business Partner to foster a collaborative, efficient, and vibrant workplace, aligned with Trialbee's values and goals. You will be working with stakeholders/employees across the business to make sure that Trialbee is a great place to work and that we find and hire great talent. You will deliver people projects, run recruitment, and support employees across the business with daily questions. You will be working closely within the People team to identify, create, and implement improvements across the People function, ensuring we have a strong system of support in place for the team to develop and operate effectively.

Role location: Rockstars are located all over the world and in this case, we'd prefer if you were located in Malmö/Skåne, Sweden but all applications from Europe are welcome.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manages full-cycle recruitment efforts, from creation of job postings to onboarding
- Collaborates with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Creates and distributes a hiring manager toolkit and facilitates training to equip hiring managers with resources for a successful recruiting process
- Sources and manages candidate pools by identifying and approaching active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies to include professional networking, direct sourcing, employee referral programs, and social media to focus on a diverse pool of talent.
- Thinks outside the box and finds creative new channels and sources to optimize our processes.
- Provides an immersive onboarding experience for new hires to highlight how their role has real impact on the business and the business of our customers.
- Researches, analyzes, and prepares hiring data trends and metrics.
- Develops and maintains a systematic method for the on-going recruitment of top talent.
People Operations & Data Management
- Manages and maintain accurate employee records and ensure data is up-to-date in HRIS systems
- Automates workflows to reduce inefficiencies and support operational scalability.
- Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Supports the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Help gather feedback from employees and contribute to creating an inclusive work environment.
- Assists with coordination and execution of company-wide People initiatives, including engagement programs, performance cycles, and development plans (EGPs).
- Participates in People-related projects and/or performs other tasks as required.
- Fosters effective relationships across teams.
- Works to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention through tailored support.
- Contributes to the development of People programs and initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals and values.
- Supports diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure an inclusive and equitable workplace.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation of all things People – we are looking for someone who knows People and can hit the ground running. Experience providing People/HR support within a global team is desirable, but candidates who can demonstrate a broad awareness of HR principles in a global/remote context will also be considered.
- 2–4 years of experience in People/HR, with a focus on recruitment and generalist responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills and interest for data.
- Experience with HR systems and tools, including data management and reporting (plus if you have experience of Personio)
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and passion for creating a positive employee experience.
- Fluent in both written/oral English
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
