The Role

As a Partnerships Manager at Trialbee, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, onboarding, and managing new and existing partners. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our partnerships align with business needs, contribute to strategic initiatives, and maintain high-performance standards through governance oversight and operational efficiency.

This is how you will contribute

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to align with business goals.
• Manage and assess existing partnerships, including pricing, projections, and suitability for studies.
• Ensure partners meet contractual and performance expectations through governance oversight.
• Maintain accurate partnership data in Salesforce to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with Trialbee’s commercial and operational needs.
• Develop and maintain key resources such as Partner Playbook to enhance team knowledge.
• Track key performance metrics, analyze competitive intelligence, and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide operational support for strategy meetings, proposals, and governance activities.

Location: This is a remote position and we are open to candidates residing in Europe and the US (East coast).

What you bring: 

• Experience in partnerships management, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in partner onboarding, governance, and relationship management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to strategic decision-making.
