As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a critical role in scaling, securing, and optimizing the cloud infrastructure behind our patient recruitment platform.

 What you will do: 

• Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS
• Build smart, secure CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Ensure our platform delivers 99.9%+ uptime with built-in security and compliance
• Implement monitoring and observability systems with tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Support zero-downtime deployments, secure data practices, and best-in-class performance
• Collaborate closely with dev teams to streamline releases, solve problems, and continuously improve developer experience
• Help ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001, keeping patient data safe and trusted

Who we are looking for: 

You don’t need to know everything, but you should be passionate about cloud-native tech and eager to work across:

• AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPC, and more)
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab)
• Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Monitoring & observability (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
• Automation & scripting (Bash, Python)

Bonus: DevOps/Cloud Certifications, ISO 27001 knowledge, or healthcare tech experience
