The Role

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for delivering our solutions to customers, ensuring that projects are executed on-time, at high quality, and on-budget. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, act as a senior point of contact for our global clients, and provide strategic oversight across multiple studies.

This is how you will contribute: 

Project Management

• Oversee initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple global projects.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on study programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, CROs, and clinical sites.
• Monitor KPIs and recruitment performance data, driving corrective actions when needed.
• Act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive risk mitigation and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and contribute to succession planning.
• Ensure consistent project quality and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Organizational Leadership

• Serve as an operational leader and senior escalation point for patient recruitment projects.
• Align project practices with company goals and standards.
• Manage resource allocation across a portfolio of recruitment projects.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency within Customer Delivery.
  

What we’re looking for

• 10 years of experience managing patient recruitment projects in pharma, medical device, life sciences, or CROs.
• Proven track record in global project management and working with international clients.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships and navigate difficult conversations effectively.
• Business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms and tools.
• Team player with a passion for mentoring and developing others.

Nice-to-haves:

• Clinical operations experience.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• LEAN certification.
